Sunday, November 30, 2008 When it's all been said and doneWell The Promise is over. One week of long hours practicing the show at the University Cultural Centre has left its mark on me. I kind of miss the show and the practices, even though I've only been doing it for such a short time. What more for the cast? Well life goes on...(I sound emo :O) But yes I've certainly nejoyed being a part of the wardrobe team for the musical. Apart from interacting with the cast who came to change their costumes during the show, we also had the opportunity to mingle with one another. :) The ponies were a hit by themselves. Everyday there were people watching them eat grass or go on walks. Ha. By the way, thanks aunty Judy for the excellent food and snacks you provided for all of us! One more very exciting and important thing is that about a 150 or more people accepted Jesus as their Saviour and Lord. Woooooo!!!!!! Now the important thing is the follow-up for them. Pray for the people in charge of that, that they may effectively minister to these new believers in Christ. Well I have many more things to say about this wonderful musical, but I don't think I shall list it down here. Ok then. Bye everyone! =) Tuesday, November 18, 2008 16It's my 16th birthday today!!! Well I don't really feel anything different. Am I supposed to? Spent today at home. Surprised? Ha. Nothing much to say except that I wish God will continue to help me in my walk with Him daily. I want a N79! I want Call of Duty 5! I want Empire: Total War! That's my birthday wish. :O Tuesday, November 04, 2008 In response to requests...The holidays are well and truly started, and I am visiting the Faith Factor blog more often, and also updating my blog more regularly than usual. That doesn't mean my posts will be any longer than they were before though. My birthday is coming soon...18 November. (No hint.) Yes and I'm planning to get a new handphone to replace this free phone that I've been using for the past 5 months. Not that my current phone is lousy or spoilt, it's just that it doesn't have a memory card slot! So no music and no pictures or videos on my phone. :( I was thinking of getting maybe the N85 or something like that. Well, it's confirmed that I turned down my job offer from the Scripture Union, and I've decided that I don't want to go to work at all this holiday. Maybe I'm too lazy. Ha. So you'll probably be hearing from me on my blog more often than before, at least for the duration of the school holidays. See you! |
